1. Our Service

Pure Clean provides a professional residential wheelie bin cleaning service. By signing up through our website and setting up your Direct Debit, you agree to the terms below.

When signing up for our service, you’ll be asked to provide your bank details through our secure online form.

All payments are processed automatically via our trusted payment provider GoCardless, making things safe, simple, and hassle-free.

You’re responsible for ensuring your payment details remain accurate and up to date. If a payment fails, your service may be paused until the outstanding balance has been settled.

 

2. Subscription

Our service runs on a subscription basis to keep things easy and convenient.

  • There is no minimum term.
  • Your service will continue until you choose to cancel.
 
3. Payments

We keep payments straightforward and automatic:

  • Payments are collected via Direct Debit on an agreed schedule.
  • By signing up, you authorise Pure Clean Group Ltd and GoCardless to collect payments.
  • Please ensure sufficient funds are available on the collection date.
  • If a payment fails, we may pause your service until your account is brought up to date.

 

4. Cancellation

We keep things flexible — you’re free to cancel at any time.

  • You can cancel your service whenever you like.
  • Simply contact us by email, phone, or via our website.
  • Cancelling your Direct Debit with your bank does not automatically cancel your service — you must notify us separately.
  • If your Direct Debit is cancelled without notice, your service may be suspended or stopped, and any outstanding balance will still be due.

 

Cancellation will take effect once we’ve received and confirmed your request.

 

5. Bin Access

To help us provide the best service:

  • Bins must be left outside and clearly accessible on your scheduled cleaning day.
  • If bins are not accessible, the clean will be recorded as missed and no refund or credit will be issued.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure the correct bins are presented.

 

6. Missed or Rescheduled Cleans

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather or vehicle issues) may affect service.

  • If this happens, we’ll always aim to return and complete your clean as soon as possible.

 

7. Bin Condition & Safety

For safety and quality reasons:

  • We clean standard household wheelie bins only.
  • We cannot clean bins containing hazardous materials, hot ash, construction waste, or unsafe contents.
  • We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to bins.
  • Our team may refuse service if conditions are unsafe.

 

8. Changes to Service or Pricing

From time to time, we may update our pricing or services.

  • If we do, we’ll always provide reasonable notice in advance.

 


 

Direct Debit Guarantee

Your Direct Debit is fully protected:

  • This guarantee is offered by all UK banks and building societies.
  • If there are any changes to the amount, date, or frequency of your Direct Debit, we’ll notify you in advance.
  • If an error is made, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund from your bank.
  • You can cancel your Direct Debit at any time through your bank — please remember to notify us as well.
